The terms and conditions for completing and submitting this 2025 Vendor Application are:
The event is planned to be held rain or shine. Please bring your own table/roof covering with your display.
There are no refunds unless we cancel the event.
Spaces with electricity are limited and their availability is reserved to first paid requests.
NOTE: Only certain vendors selling food/drink items are allowed: Food vendors that compete with our concession stand (i.e., ready to eat lunch food/drinks, fried dough, chips, etc.) are not allowed. Whole bread loaves, canned goods, etc. are permitted. Please contact us at (603) 863-4590 if you have any questions about this.
CHECK-IN: At the Vendor Registration Table when you arrive.
VENDORS AGREE for themselves individually and for their businesses to have his/her/their/its photo taken during the Newport NH United Methodist Church of the Good Shepherd’s Annual Fair and authorize NEWPORT NH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD’S REPRESENTATIVES to freely use photos and descriptions of the VENDOR(s) and their products/services displayed items on social media accounts, websites, media outlets and in other promotional materials; and to release the church and all who participate in the production and promotion of this event from any liability without limitations.
